License Agreement for Casino Scripts

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date of purchase (“Effective Date”) between the purchaser (“Licensee”) and the provider of the scripts (“Licensor”), represented by Casino Scripts at https://www.casino-scripts.com. By purchasing, downloading, or using the licensed script(s), Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

1.1 Permitted Uses
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

• Use the script for one end product or project (“End Product”).
• Install the script on a single domain name or application.
• Modify or customize the script as required for the Licensee’s End Product.

1.2 End Product Usage
The End Product may be sold or distributed commercially, subject to the restrictions outlined in Section 2.

2. Restrictions on Use

2.1 Prohibited Uses
The Licensee may not:

• Distribute, resell, or share the script as-is or in its source form with any third party.
• Use the script in more than one End Product without purchasing additional licenses.
• Include the script in a product that is directly competitive with the script itself or similar products offered by the Licensor.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code for purposes unrelated to permissible modifications.

2.2 Domain and Installation Restrictions

• The script may only be installed on one domain or application. Additional domains require the purchase of separate licenses.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The script and all associated intellectual property rights remain the sole property of the Licensor. Licensee acknowledges that they are purchasing only a license to use the script under the conditions specified in this Agreement and do not acquire ownership of the script or its source code.

4. License Fee

Licensee shall pay the fee specified at the time of purchase.

5. Term and Termination

This license is granted in perpetuity, provided the Licensee complies with the terms of this Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the script, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Licensor from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the Licensee’s use of the script.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor is based, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

By purchasing, downloading, or using the script, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
